When purchasing the Ostalpen-Card (personal ski pass), the customer shall agree to the computer-supported processing of their personal details (name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number). They shall give explicit permission for their details to be processed for monitoring purposes, especially to prohibit misuse of the card, and for the purposes of customer service and to provide the customer with relevant (marketing) information. Their personal details shall only be saved for as long as necessary.

The customer hereby states that they are aware and agree that the personal details given and the photo provided are processed to prevent misuse of the card. The customer is also aware that the card may be checked, particularly at entrances.

Your personal details are not passed on to third parties unless it is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or you have given your explicit permission. For example, it may be necessary for us to pass your address on to our couriers in order to deliver a product (Ostalpen-Card).

Right to withdraw
The processing of your personal details and the use of the Ostalpen-Card constitute a direct exchange of services. Please note that if you withdraw your permission the service can no longer be carried out. After the validity period has expired there are no longer any restrictions on withdrawal.
